Heat builds up
Sun on the glass, people, lights and machines all add heat to a building. We measure it floor by floor with a heat load calculation.
The outdoor unit takes it away
The rooftop VRF unit compresses the refrigerant and throws the building's heat out into the open air.
Refrigerant reaches every floor
Insulated copper piping carries cold refrigerant to each indoor unit. Clean brazing and pressure testing keep it leak free.
Each zone cools to its own setting
Indoor units and ducts spread the air evenly, and every floor settles at the temperature its people choose.
